IHI Connectors Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Every purchase order issued by International Hydraulics, Inc. d/b/a IHI Connectors (or by an IHI affiliate named as the buyer on the order) is an offer limited to these Terms. IHI rejects the supplier's terms. Starting work, shipping, or accepting payment is acceptance. A signed supplier acknowledgment is extra evidence and is not required.
The version named on the purchase order governs that order. A website posting alone does not change an order that already exists.
Printed purchase orders name the short address ihiconnectors.com/purchaseterms, which opens the current version as a PDF.
