Extruded Aluminum Connectors

The use of aluminum extrusions is the material of choice to manufacture industrial electrical connectors for wire and cable.

Extruded aluminum connectors take advantage of the versatility and economy of extruded aluminum as a material source. Extruded aluminum connectors are carefully designed to create as much geometry in the extrusion axis as possible. Then by machining, still in extruded bar form, additional features are added using rotating tool transfer machining. The net result is the lowest possible cost per amp of current carried.
