High Current PCB Connectors

 

IHI is a leading manufacturer of High current PCB (Printed Circuit Board) wire connectors.

By bringing the same rugged design concepts tried and tested for decades in UL industrial panels and switchgear, IHI has created a range of PCB wire connectors that can really carry the amps for field wiring terminals or board to board factory wiring.

 

Available in wire sizes up to 350kcmil and capable of carrying up to 320 amps, IHI PCB connectors are widely used in high current applications including inverters, solar energy controllers, RV fuse boards, Telecom lightning arresters, battery controllers, thermal controllers, lighting applications and many others.

 

IHI high current PCB connectors are very compact while retaining conservative design parameters from their electrical power roots. All metal, high conductivity construction, creates the strength and conductivity to retain a large wire in small package.

 

No free machining brass is used in high amp versions because 360 brass has only 28% IACS conductivity. IHI high current PCB connectors are made from 43% IACS aluminum alloy and 98% IACS copper alloy.
